A uniformed, background-checked valet collects from every enrolled unit between 8:00 and 10:00 PM, up to three nights a week.
Waste is transferred to the property's existing dumpster or compactor. We don't haul off-site — your current waste hauler arrangement stays exactly as it is.
A longer term means a larger retained share for the property — the resident's monthly fee stays the same across every tier.
